The QMS and EMS policy is based on the vision and mission of TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s.company and is an integral part of the management tools of TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s.

The QMS and EMS policy establishes the fundamental framework for achieving quality objectives while meeting the requirements and expectations of customers and other interested parties, guiding the company towards continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of all processes and activities.

The management of TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. promotes the following principles:

• Leadership / Continuous development of employees and cooperation with them
Provide education, training and management of employees. Equip employees with the necessary resources for activities within their competence and responsibility. Create a working environment that positively affects the fulfilment of quality and environmental requirements and the achievement of declared intentions and goals of the company.

• Focus on the customer
To continuously increase the number of satisfied customers, to satisfy and meet their expectations and needs, and to continuously monitor their satisfaction.

• Process approach
Define and perceive activities in the organization as an interconnection of mutually acting processes, by defining their interface and establishing clear competences and authorities for their management.

• System approach
Apply and develop continuous improvement of the QMS and EMS system according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 standards, leading to the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of customers as well as of all interested parties.

• Continuous improvement
Continuously improve the quality of products, increase efficiency and effectiveness of all processes, QMS, and EMS systems, and timely implement preventive measures.

• Mutually beneficial supplier relationships – Cooperation with suppliers
Establish clear and open communication with suppliers and mutually beneficial relationships. Monitor and evaluate their competence.

To ensure QMS and EMS, the top management of TAJMAC-ZPS, Inc. is committed to:

• maintain, develop and continuously improve the QMS and EMS systems in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 series of standards
• announce the Objectives on a regular annual basis and carry out their regular review
• create and provide sufficient resources for the implementation of QMS and EMS, QMS and EMS objectives, including strategic objectives given by the business plan
• apply the research and development outputs from an innovative platform operating at a high level of knowledge to the delivered quality of production and services
• communicate within our organisation the importance of meeting the customer´s requirements as well as the normative and legislative requirements and requirements of the internal regulations
• deliver products of the highest possible quality to the customer
• continuously improve and prevent environmental pollution
• systematically carry out maintenance of production machinery in order to comply with product requirements, prioritising the investments made and introducing new technologies with a positive impact on the environment
• motivate and systematically increase the expertise and competence of our employees in quality and environmental management
• personally engage in activities that continuously increase the effectiveness of the QMS and EMS systems
