Digitization

The machine is no longer just iron that produces more iron. Machine control systems are becoming more sophisticated and allow us to work with them in more depth.
That is why we at TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s., also focus on digital solutions that will allow us to work better with machines, check their conditions and digitally improve their properties. These are mainly products in the ReCON product line, namely:

ReCON CONNECT – a standardized protocol for reading data from the machine using an OPC UA server, with the possibility of extending it with an MS SQL/MariaDB database. It offers a possibility to build a simple PowerBI reporting.
ReCON MES – including APS, CMMS, REP. A monitoring system for production and assembly, measuring the performance of machines / workstations / employees, OEE, Real-Time Data, improving the efficiency of production processes, available as local-cloud or cloud-based MS AZURE version.
ReCON APS – workshop production planning and work queue, clear visualization of batch progress, evaluation of productivity for each operation.
ReCON CMMS – machine failure record keeping, planning of preventive maintenance, and a ticketing system for faults.
ReCON REP – standardized reports with the option of integration with the PowerBI.
ReCON JOB – tool management including the transfer of configuration corrections to the machine control system.
ReCON ESG – prepare yourself for EURO7, SCOPE 2 reporting, consumption of electricity, compressed air, and product costs.
ReCON SQC – in-process measurement of parts and online corrections to the control system, recording of part measurements, OK/NOK tracking.
ReCON TWM – real-time monitoring of tool wear and breakage.
