ReCON OPC UA

ReCON OPC UA = data extraction from the machine.

A product that will help you collect data from the machine using the standardized OPC UA protocol.

The machine connection is made via the Ethernet plug of the CNC system.

Conventional machines are connected using a PLC installation. This involves intervention into electrical installation of the machine.

The OPC UA server is operated either on HW supplied by TAJMAC-ZPS a.s. or it is possible to virtualize it on the customer's corporate server (for this, it is necessary to identify the technical specifications of the existing HW).

The customer can specify the information / TAGS that can be read from or written to the machine.

Any other third-party program can access the OPC UA server and read this information, provided it is equipped with an OPC UA client.

If one of your existing systems does not have the ability to read from the OPC UA server (Industry 4.0 support), we will supply an OPC UA client that can read OPC UA and MTConnect to create an MS SQL database. This will greatly facilitate data integration into third party systems.
