ReCON CONNECT
ReCON CONNECT = data mining from the machine.
A product that simplifies data collection from your machine through a standardised and encrypted OPC UA protocol. The machine is connected via an Ethernet connection of the CNC system. For conventional machines, we utilize the PLC installation and data collection using current load or 24 V signals.
The OPC UA server can run on hardware supplied by TAJMAC-ZPS or can be virtualized on the customer's corporate server. The customer can specify which information from the machine can be read or written. Simultaneously, he can choose from three discounted packages based on the amount of information they wish to collect from the machine.
Third-party programs can access the OPC UA server and read data if they are equipped with an OPC UA client. In case any of your existing systems do not support the OPC UA (Industry 4.0 standard), we will provide an OPC UA client that supports reading from the OPC UA and MTConnect and create a programming database (MS SQL/MariaDB). This significantly simplifies data integration into your systems.
Using Power BI and ReCON CONNECT for data visualization in cooperation with SBID
With our ReCON CONNECT platform and Power BI, you can efficiently visualize data from machinery. Obtain real-time data and create interactive dashboards for quick performance analysis.
An ideal solution if you do not need a large and comprehensive MES system, or if your company already uses the PowerBI platform.
To implement the reporting, we cooperate with the company SBID.cz, which will provide you with a customized reporting, or teach you how to work effectively with PowerBI.
For preview, here is a model example of data from our machine + reporting from SBID:
