TAJMAC-ZPS Customer Days 2026 Raised the Bar Once Again

Digitalization & Automation

A new feature of this year’s event was the Digitalization & Automation section, which reflected current trends in the industry. It included expert lectures and presentations of specific solutions, including our own digital platform, ReCON. It was here that the new ReCON SQC module, designed for mass production environments, was introduced. The event also served as the first practical validation of this solution
in real-world operations. The software has already secured its first customer and, once implementation is complete, will be added to the standard portfolio. Interest in this area was further underscored by the event’s commercial success. Customer Days thus once again demonstrated their importance not only as a presentation platform but also as a space for generating concrete business results and validating the direction of future development.


Guided Tours and Production Facilities

An integral part of the accompanying program were guided tours of the ZPS – SLÉVÁRNA production halls and operations, which have long been the subject of exceptional interest. As in previous years, the capacity for tours was insufficient to accommodate all interested parties, confirming the appeal of a direct glimpse into actual production.


ZPS, MORI-SAY and MANURHIN K’MX Divisions

As is traditional, the individual divisions of ZPS, MORI-SAY, and MANURHIN K’MX presented their technologies. The ZPS division showcased a cross-section of its product line—our classic vertical machines were presented, while the ZPS MCH630i represented the horizontal machining centers, and the ZPS MCH1000i was displayed as a skeleton. The 5-axis gantry centers were represented by the ZPS MCG1000i and ZPS MCG810i machines. Most of the machines were equipped with cutting-edge modern technologies, which attracted exceptional interest from the professional public. Dozens of business meetings took place during the event, some of which are leading to the conclusion of specific orders. The international nature of the event was confirmed by the participation
of partners and customers
from Slovakia, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

The MANURHIN K’MX division’s showroom featured nearly the entire product line of long-turning automatic lathes. New business opportunities arose here as well, and one specific contract was signed during the event. At the ReCON exhibition, the latest K’MX 520 machine was also connected
to the newly introduced ReCON SQC module, which enables automatic tool correction based on measurements.

The MORI-SAY division welcomed more than twenty Czech companies, including both long-term customers and new prospects interested in multi-spindle automatic lathes. These technologically advanced machines, successfully demonstrating the high technical level of TAJMAC-ZPS, continue to confirm their relevance
and attract the attention of industry professionals even amid changes in individual industrial segments.


Supporting Program

A varied supporting program complemented the atmosphere of the entire event. In addition to the guided tours mentioned above, visitors this year could see, for example, the TATRA Invictus rally car from this year’s Dakar Rally, featuring driver Martin Šoltýs and members of the BUGGYRA Power Sport technical team, the unique PRAGA R1 circuit racing car, or the ŠKODA FABIA S 2000 and
and the ŠKODA FABIA RS – RALLY 2 from the Rally Petr Machů team. The program also featured POLARIS ATVs presented by Mr. Adamík from POLARIS Otrokovice and the traditional raffle. The accompanying program, offering an attractive spectacle, is an integral part of ZD and contributes to the overall informal atmosphere of the event at TAJMAC-ZPS.


Catering and Hospitality

The high standard of the catering was further confirmed by the excellent service from DELIREST, including superb coffee from a barista. Due to high demand, this year’s coffee offering was expanded to include an additional zone staffed by baristas from our supplier, VERY GOODIES, who handled their debut at the Customer Days with a smile and professional expertise.


Face-to-Face Meetings Still Matter

Customer Days have long confirmed that face-to-face meetings hold irreplaceable value. For TAJMAC-ZPS, they represent not only an opportunity to showcase its products but also to strengthen relationships with customers and partners and gather practical feedback.

We thank all visitors, exhibitors, and collaborating partners for their participation and trust. A big thank you also goes to all employees and external partners who contributed to the preparation and successful execution of the entire event.
