Michele Wiliam Taiariol  (1976)

Graduate of Scholarly Grammar School

Born in 1976 in Milano. Graduated from Scholarly Grammar School and then from 1.5 year Business School managerial course in Milan. He started his career gathering experience in companies abroad. First, in Tajmac - MTM where he was a sales representative, then 6 months in the USA with the company Graff - Pinkert and later a few months in the French company Moneo.
Since November 2001 he has lived and worked in Zlin where he is engaged in his family's company TAJMAC - ZPS, a.s.
He is single and dedicates his scarce free time to sports activities. He is interested in modern music, films and literature.

Ing. Radomir Zbozinek (1948)

He graduated from the University of Technology (VUT) in Brno - Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (course of machines and devices design), then he continued in postgraduate study at the Czech University of Technology (CVUT) in Prague - course of innovation process control. 
He reached minimum for his candidature for academic degree at the CVUT in Prague in year 1988.

He entered the ZPS Zlin Company as multispindles designer after he finished his study at the university in year 1972. He was charged with leadership of designers' team and further he became the head of shoe-making machines design.
He hold office of the Deputy Financial Director, the General Director and the Managing Director over the years in the ZPS Company.
He worked as the Director of Development in the ZPS-ZV Company in years 1999 and 2000. He became the Managing Director of subsidiary - the EAST MARKETS Company - in October 2001. This subsidiary company successfully deals in T-ZPS's products in Russian-speaking countries.
Radomir Zbozinek is the councillor of the Tomas Bata University's academic convocation, the President of the Mechanical Engineering Association and the member of the ice-hockey club's Board of Directors.
He is author of twelve patents and an industrial pattern.
He takes pleasure in ice-hockey, skiing and chamber music.
He's married, he has got two sons.

Mgr. Jan Kurinec  (1979)

Graduate of ZČU (University of West Bohemia) in Plzeň, Faculty of Law

Yearlong fellowship at Universitá degli Studi di Milano (2002 - 2003)

After graduation in 2004 he started his career in the legal department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic with specialization in the international trade and European Union. He entered TAJMAC-ZPS in 2005 as a company lawyer, since 2006 he holds the office of the Head of the Legal Department. He was appointed to the position of the Financial Director in May 2009.
He speaks fluently Italian and English. He’s interested in sports activities (squash, swimming, biking), music, literature and civil aviation. He is single.

Ing. Jaroslav Horak  (1957)

Graduate of VUT (Technical University) Brno, Faculty of Technology, specialism: Light Industry Economy and Management.

After graduation in 1976 he joined ZPS Zlin, where he worked as a turner, foreman, purchase agent, Warehousing Head, Purchase dpt. Head, and Purchase Director.
His interests are woodwork, pre-war electronics collecting, and sightseeing.
However, most of his time is dedicated to his job and his family.
He is married, with a son and a daughter.
