The full solution for small parts Ø2 to Ø13 (16) mm
With standard equipment including two
numerical electrospindels, one barloader as well as a
three stations rotating unit, K'MX 413 is the main solution
for the run of small parts Ø2 to Ø13mm (possibility up
to Ø16 mm with preparation of bars).
They are equipped with the GE Fanuc control systems and
drives which enable to operate 4 controlled axes - X, Y, Z and C. The machine
in the standard version is equipped with two independent electrospindles.
All the machine control is only electrical or pneumatic one. The machine
can also be equipped with a tool breakage detector, contingently with the
anti-fire system as well as with a lot of other options. It is determined for
the machining from round as well as square or hexagonal bars no matter if the
material is brass, aluminium or stainless steel.
