K´MX SWING
These machines excel by their high accuracy of
machining as well as by the quality of machined
surface. They are equipped with the GE Fanuc
control systems and drives which enable to
operate as many as 10 controlled axes. They
enable to machine a part with up to 4 tools
simultaneously and the sliding headstock with its
stroke of 250 mm enables to machine several
parts in succession at one collet clamping.
There are 23 tool stations and 14 stations can
be driven, so the machine can finish the most
complex parts which are otherwise machined in
several operations. All the machine control is
only electrical or pneumatic one. The specially
developed programming software K'MX Plus
simplifies the programming so the programmer
takes in consideration only the X and Z axes
during programming just as on usual two-axis
CNC lathe. If the technology of machining
requires so, the machine can be equipped with
the high-pressure coolant up to the 200 bars.
